The Society's 2008 exhibition took place on Saturday 26th April 2008. Abbey Road :- We apologise that unfortunately the Abbey Road layout was withdrawn after the closing date for railway magazines exhibition calendars had passed. The owner has withdrawn the layout from the exhibition circuit as it was no longer capable of reliable operation and requires extensive rewiring.

A video link was provided permitting our Havil layout, based upstairs, to be seen in operation by any people unable to manage the stairs. Additonally a pricing concession was available for any affected disabled people. This exhibition was held with the assistance of our landlord the Ludwick Way Methodist Church and part of the proceeds from the event are going to boost their funds to provided disabled access to the upstairs rooms.
