New Steel for the tender side panels arrived August 13
A chain and pulley system was rigged over a ceiling beam to help lift the
panel into place. The rivet holes had been drilled along the bottom.
Steve Jones places temporary bolts to hold the assembly in place. Next step
will be to mark and drill the rest of the rivet holes in the panel.
