The National Model Railroad Association's Mid-Eastern Region will hold its 2007 Annual Convention on October 18-21, 2007, at the Kirkley Hotel and Conference Center in Lynchburg, Virginia. The convention will be hosted by the MER's James River Division.

what's new?

October 10, 2007:

• Pre-registration by mail: The cut-off is Saturday, October 13. If you haven't pre-registered by mail by that date, then register at the hotel beginning Thursday, October 18, at 6:30 PM.
• Two estates will be placing a large number of items in both the White Elephant Sale (over 100 from one estate alone) and in the Live Auction. Check them out in the Liberty Room.
• Friday Night Operations Callboard (both 802 and 803 on the registration form) are sold out.

September 26, 2007:

• The non-rail tours to Charlottesville and in Lynchburg have been cancelled. The Roanoke rail tour will run and has some seats available on a first-come basis based on when your registration is received.
