Lilyvale to Oleander

From Lilyvale it is possible to use a short reverse loop track to return to Maple Jn and melaleuca.
But the mainline crosses the path again and tunnels under Melaleuca baseboard (adjacent to Maple Jn station)


and runs down the fence to Oleander, passing under the tracks from Melaleuca.
The black loco is coming from Lilyvale
(The track on the right is the 'cutoff' to Sandstone which allows a round-the-yard run.)


Oleander station is just a short platform serving the logging siding where logs are loaded for Melaleuca sawmill.
