Bill was instrumental in forming the ACSG Delaware Division.
These photos were taken by Scott Brown of the W&OD division during a visit to
Bill's Eastern Shore home for the division's first work session to build modules.

Bill's layout seems to be one of those between temporary toy and detailed scale.
Whatever one chooses to call it, we call it gorgeous.
A favorite feature is the live candle in the petroleum refinery, Bill's son's idea.

Another unique feature is the skirting which looks like cliffs.
Bill mixes fine models, scratch-built buildings, Gilbert, and other makes of operating accessories.

The last photo shows the power for this huge layout.
Again, a mixture of vintage Gilbert and current production electronic power.
