About the Virginia Central Division | Recent Shows | Member's Layouts

The November 2008 show was at the Science Museum of Virginia in the former RF&P Broad Street Station in Richmond, VA.
The Virgina Central Division had a 14 by 22 foot layout in the museum.
Here a long coal train is pulled by a Lionel American Flyer Northern and a passenger train is pulled by another Lionel American Flyer steam engine. (43 second video)
Mike Myers always enjoys discussing the finer points of American Flyer with the public.
Members of the Virginia Central Division were joined by members of the Washington & Old Dominion Division.
Three trains running on the layout. A C & O passenger train pulled by American Models engines. A coal train pulled by American Models Trainmaster engines. And a short S-Helper train on the Pikemaster layout. (36 second video)
Here the C & O passenger special passes the long coal train as the kids operate the accessories.
