According to Steven McKay, "the car is a PS 1 Bedroom - 2 Drawing Room - 1 Comp. - buffet lounge observation car. It was one of three cars built to Pullman plan 4081. The car should be PRR 8113 "Jack Narrows"/"Wake Island", to PRR 7150 "Samuel Vaughn Merrick". Two other cars in this series ended up in Mexico and likely were scrapped. This car also served as Butterworth Tours "The Reveler" car during the 1970s...see http://rrpicturearchives.net."
