Amtrak's Superliner Dining Car Roster Photos
GENERAL: Amtrak's Double Level Dining Cars for Long-Distance Trains that permit them due to their height.
TERRITORY: These cars can be seen running on long-distance trains out West as well as on the Capitol Limited & Auto Train in the East. Due to their higher clearance requirements, these cars never run on trains originating from or heading to New York.
NOTES: Amtrak received 2 orders of these cars. The Superliner I cars were the last cars to be built by Pullman Standard with the second order, the Superliner II cars, being built by Bombardier.
