GENERAL: Amtrak's
Double Level Dining Cars for Long-Distance Trains that permit them
due to their height. |

TERRITORY: These
cars can be seen running on long-distance trains out West as well
as on the Capitol Limited & Auto Train in the East. Due to their
higher clearance requirements, these cars never run on trains originating
from or heading to New York. |

NOTES: Amtrak
received 2 orders of these cars. The Superliner I cars were the last
cars to be built by Pullman Standard with the second order, the Superliner
II cars, being built by Bombardier. |
