Originally built in 1923 with a 0-4-0T wheel configuration, it was sold first to the Lehigh Stone Co. in Lehigh, IL (year unknown). It was sold to Peter Burno of Spring Green, WI in 1962 and sold to Cedar Point in 1968. In 1974, it was named "Jack Foster" in honor of the first superintendent of the CP&LE. It was rebuilt by Shop Services Inc. of Mt. Pleasant, IA in 1992 and at the same time renamed "Judy K." after former Cedar Fair Entertainment Company CEO Richard Kinzel's wife Judy. Today, it is one of the two main locomotives on the CP&LE along with "Myron H.".
