Built as an Amclub with 18 club seats, snack bar, and 23 coach seats in March 1976 and numbered 20130. Trainline-equipped for Push-Pull operation and converted to a Capstone Café Car for use on Amtrak's "Acela Regional" Service in 2000 and renumbered 85004. Repainted into Phase III for use with Amtrak's 40th Anniversary Exhibit Train in March 2011 and renumbered 85999.
