Effective 12:00 p.m. September 9, 1964, the present train order signal at Ferry Yard (Ann Arbor) will be changed to a color light signal and will display flashing aspect instead of continuous aspect.

The present train order signal at Cadillac will be changed to display flashing aspect instead of continuous aspect
