Iron Horse Trail (page 1)

The Iron Horse Trail is the former CMSt&P "Milwaukee Road" (MILW) line over the Cascades in Washington State. It features a 2.3 mile long tunnel and spectacular views overlooking I-90 several hundred feet below the trail.  While the Trail crosses much of the state, the section shown here is about 17 miles long and by far the most spectacular.  MILW abandoned this route in 1985.
