DNE 27 at Barnum, MN, 5/23/15, was built in 1907. Not
much is known about this locomotive including the "Tiny Oswell, Chief
Engineer" on the cab. However, it was one of the last steam locomotive
in freight service in Minnesota, retiring in 1964.
DNE 16 at Cloquet, MN, 6/15/10, was built in 1913.
It served the logging industry in NE Minnesota.
