Arizona Eastern (AZER) primarily serves the Phelps-Dodge copper mining
operation at Globe/Miami, Arizona. They operate 135 miles of
former SP track in SE Arizona; interchanging with UP at Bowie, AZ.
They were part of Rail America, until RA sold AZER to Permian
Basin Railways in December 2004.
