The Cloquet Terminal Railroad (CTRR) is the former remnant of the Duluth and Northeastern Railroad, which once served vast logging interests in NE Minnesota. CTRR is owned by Sappi and serves their paper plant at Cloquet, MN. CTRR has 4 locomotives, about 3 miles of track, and interchange with BNSF.
