The Twin Cities & Western (TCWR) began operations in July 1991 from Minneapolis/St Paul, MN, to Milbank, SD, on 229 miles of former Milwaukee Road mainline trackage to the Pacific NW. Their primaray tonnage is grain and fertilizer.
They are "affiliated" with the Red River Valley & Western RR.

TCW 302 (slug) at St Paul, MN, 10/02/03. This is a rare locomotive; only 233 were rebuilt by ATSF in the 1970's from F7 lcomotives (see CCRR 403).
