The Toledo, Peoria and Western Railroad (TPW) dates back to the mid 19th century. For several years in the 1980's TPW became part of the Santa Fe. They currently operate from Logansport, IN, to Peoria, IL, with trackage rights to Galesburg, IL. TPW is now part of Rail America.

The locomotive shown serves as a remote control unit, the prime mover (engine) and traction motors have been removed. This unit allows PSAP to use any of their power in remote control switching operations at Aberdeen by coupling to this unit.
