UP 3985 Challenger

Coasting to a stop because of an earlier coal drag pulling just ahead, the UP 3985 posses for pictures to over 50 people on the small overpass at Terry Ranch Rd, just south of Cheyenne. For some reason the DS didn't put the coal into a siding, which drew the ire of the crew, especially with paying passengers on board destined for the Cheyenne Frontier Days celebration. How does such a low priority train as a coal empty not get put in the hole??
