Bill is a long time member and true craftsman. These cars are all scratch-built. They are fully detailed inside and outside, amd the circus equipment can be all set up. I took a lot of pictures of these cars, and will add a second page of them shortly.
The man himself! Bill has been building these cars since the 50's, and is an absolute craftsman! He plans to build 5 more to complete the set.
