There's at least 30 new hoppers waiting in Wisconsin Rapids.
I would guess they are for frac sand loading.

Scroll right. Lots of new numbers. Looks like 'new models right out of the box'.

After looking up the reporting marks on Widipedia, I remembered I have a model hopper.
I think it was a Roundhouse kit, and possibly custom painted.
I might have gotten it at a model railroad show in Iowa or southern Wisconsin, and at least 5 years ago.
