At first I saw this yellow from a distance and thought the tie extractors were back in town.

It's NREX 2531,
and from where it is parked on the west side of Wisconsin Rapids,
I would suppose it will go on the night train to Taylor, for Badger Sand.
Its trip was reported as it was hauled across the eastern part of Wisconsin, and it got here fast.
