More new sand in Marshfield
I hadn't been near Marshfield for a few months
and all of a sudden here's these big new sand silos on the former mobile home manufacturing site.
This is adjacent to the train yard, not the sand plant down the old line southeast of Marshfield.
Now that I know it's there, I'll have to see more from a different angle on a future trip.

The mainline is level, the old siding drops like crazy,
and the new track with the short hoppers next to the sand plant is level.
I'll have to try a telephoto down the tracks to see the different levels.

I've seen 3 semi-loads of conveyor belt rollers heading west on hiway 54 toward Wisconsin Rapids.
So I guess someone is erecting a big belt conveyor, maybe just west of Rapids? Like Arpin or Vesper?
A sand pit there would probably load into trucks that end up at the Marshfield sand plants?

I have gone back to an old photo program to get smaller file sizes for pictures for a web page.
Some might get blurry if you zoom in a lot. But it saves space for the server and downloads very fast.
