CAPT has produced a full-color, glossy 18" x 16" brochure which describes passenger rail service in North and South Carolina. This beautiful publication includes maps of Existing service, Planned Intercity Additions and Rail-Based Transit Initiatives as well as the Southeast High Speed Rail Corridor. This compact project was prepared with the cooperation of familiar transportation partners and sets out The Transportation Dilemma and makes the case for the Rail Solution.
