You are invited to join the Chicagoland Association of S Gaugers for
the Fall S Fest 2010. This will be an exciting weekend of S gauge, 1/64
scale model railroading! The Fest encompasses ALL of S: scale for
"Narrow-Minded” and Standard gauge devotees, Hi-Rail, Tinplate
and American Flyer. Clinics, on-site layouts, model contest,
manufacturer displays, display tables, layout tours, train races,
family program, movies; all this and more will once again show the
tremendous diversity that S has to offer all of model railroading and
toy trains. From collectors to rivet counters, we will have it all!
This October, the Fest is celebrating its 35 Anniversary and is
returning to the Chicago area, where it all began. The venue is once
again, by popular demand, the spacious, easy to-get-to Tinley Park
(Illinois) Convention Center and Holiday Inn Select. Conveniently
located at Illinois Route 43 (Harlem Avenue) and Interstate 80, this
venue will provide more than 25,000 square feet to celebrate trains of
3/16" = 1', 1/64, H-1, 7/8” gauge – S scale.
Come experience the “The Very
Best of Everything in S” with fellow S enthusiasts from around
the world. Don’t miss the 35 consecutive year of “something
to do with all our S-gauge friends in the fall.”
