L.‘s current location in the Village of Ronkonkoma in Suffolk County on Long Island, New York! The car is a Hi-Rail Scale car with metal sprung trucks and couplers. The number of the car represents the first year, which Central Operating Lines was at this  location (1996). The car was manufactured by WEAVER MODELS in the U.S.A.
