 Request for your E-Mail Addresses

Newsletters are also available on the club website (www.trainweb.org/centoplines) by clicking on the “View-Newsletters” button on the homepage. If you would rather view your newsletter online, please send mjheindl@yahoo.com your e-mail address and I will remove you from the printed list and add you to the e-mail list. Going to York? – We Are Running Carpools

Friday, April 20th we will be running carpools again to the TCA Train Show in York, PA. Please contact Phil Gravenhorst if you would like to go or are going and have room in your car for other members.

Bill Albert Recovering at Home

As most of you know, Bill Albert was taken to the hospital a few weeks ago. He was told he would need heart valve replacement surgery, but after extensive testing they decided to put a stint in the blood vessel leading to his heart. He is now recovering nicely at home. Get well soon, we miss you at the club, Bill.

Passenger Yard Protection Project

We will be starting a new project to add Plexiglas in the back of the layout around the Passenger Yard, to keep little hands out during Open Houses. This Plexiglas will be lower than the Plexiglas on the rest of the layout.

Friday Night Work Night to Begin Again

We will be having work nights every Friday night from 7 pm to 10 pm, except for Business Meeting Fridays. Work will take priority over running trains on Non-Business-Meeting Friday evenings. Trains may be run after the Business Meeting as well.

Painting Scheduled for April 29th and 30th

We will be painting the walls in the layout room on Sunday, April 29th and Monday, April 30th. Please contact Fred Gillam to volunteer to help. Work is slated to begin at 9am on both days. Wear your old clothes.
