Below is a few photos of GP30 #3042 out in the natural sunlight.  It is a Life-Like Proto 2000 Phase II GP30 that started as an undecorated kit.

Below we see 3042 working alone pulling a cut of airslide covered hoppers.  This was the most common paint job for C&O GP30s.  The B&O never painted any of their locomotives like this.  Note the ACI card is still attached on the side sill under the "30" in the road number.  Many C&O GP30s lasted in this paint into the 1980's.

Below is a good profile view of the 3042 pulling the same train.

Below is a head on view of the locomotive.  The drop step is covered in dirt, a normal occurance on all locomotives.
