This is my third WrightTrak C-26 caboose.  It is a resin kit that I bought assembled and decaled like this.  I basically just added the ACI, wheel inspection dot and COTS stencils and then weathered it.  The C-26s B&O Capitol Dome logo was actually a decal and not painted on.  As the sunlight faded the blue in the decal the circle got progressively more yellow with age.  In 1982, Chessie started renumbering C-XXXX numbered cabooses into the 90XXXX series.  I depicted this as one that was recently renumbered.  Some times the renumbering on these cabooses was in yellow lettering, sometimes they were in white lettering (see 903782)  Cabooses get dirty at the back of trains, so I went a little heavy on the weathering.
