This is my Tangent yellow safety caboose.  It is by far the best C-24 class caboose on the market.  It comes with lights and an unbelievable amount of detail.  I basically just added the COTS stencil and wheel inspection dot prior to weathering.  Cabooses get dirty at the back of trains.  Even safety cabooses get filthy.  This yellow one always seemed to look the worst, so I went a little heavy on the weathering.
