This is my Tangent red safety caboose.  It is by far the best C-24 class caboose on the market.  It comes with lights and an unbelievable amount of detail.  I basically just weathered it.  Cabooses get dirty at the back of trains.  This red one always seemed to look pretty good, so I went a little light on the weathering.
