Conrail 3 - Observation Car
Amtrak Private Car # - 800323

Built in 1928 as Office Car 1 for the Michigan Central.  The car became New York Central 1 and Penn Central 2.  Conrail purchased the car and numbered it 3. This car went to CSX Transportation and became car 994003 'Philadelphia'.  It has since been sold to a private owner in Texas. Remember to ask for my permission, Chip Syme and/or Jeff Lubchansky if you intend to use these pictures elsewhere.
