Notes : Built by GMD as GP9 #8646 (1957). Rebuilt by CP as GP9u, chop-nosed and renumbered to #1592 (1985). Declared Surplus (5/2007), sold to Brandt Engineering, Regina SK (6/2007). Frame was to be used to create prototype genset locomotive BRTX #2009, but a new frame was used and #1592 was scrapped, however parts may have ended up on the prototype unit.
