Notes : Built by EMD as NYC GP9 #5955, to PC #7355, then to Conrail #7355. Rebuilt at CP Angus Shops as GP9R and renumbered to SOO #4200 (1/1991). Converted by RailPower technologies to "Green Goat" hybrid locomotive #1703 (2006). Moved to Port Coquitlam, B.C. (12/2006) for delivery to the BP-amoco refinery in Cherry Point, Blaine WA. Then to Midwest Locomotive Works, became MWLX #1703.
