Written off by First Union Rail and transferred to Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern.  Stored for a while at Mason City, IA. Repaired at Huron, SD., and upgraded to -3 specifications (11/2006). Named "City of Highmere". Sold to J&L Consulting (1/2017). Scrapped at Jabco, Chicago Heights, IL. (2017).
