ABOUT ME

     Yo,

Growing up in a small Northern Ontario community was a difficult task with my interest of trains. In a town with a population of 4000 people your about the only one with that interest. I have others but trains are #1 haha. My younger years were pretty shitty until I started working. When I graduated High School in 2007 that was the end of my agony. I could finally settle back and relax on the stuff I like to do. I was working at a grocery store for four years were I felt good seeing myself move up in responsibilities. Seeing what I had accomplished over those four years gave lots of motivation. In late 2007 I had applied to were I wanted to work as a child but was unsuccessful. That would be Canadian Pacific. They have a system of about seven sessions. I made it to around five. Oh well its not the end of the world! A few months later in December I got a call if I could fill out some papers for Savage Companies/Canac for a brakeman position. I jumped at that pretty quick! Afterwards a drug screening and physical and now I am working the rails!

I have met several friends through the computer and have had railfan [to watch trains] trips several times to places such as Upstate New York, Greater Toronto Area, Western Minnesota, Central Ontario/Cottage Cheese Country [we call them camps in the North], Duluth/Superior among a few. I enjoy living in Marathon [aside from its downsides] so this was a real bonus. From here we will see what's on the horizon. I may try to get onto CP once again but we'll see. I am a pretty quiet, easy going person. I enjoy to go to the bar with friends and what not. Hiking, Photography, and Fishing are pretty fun as well. Pretty much anything outside. Driving around listening to music and what not. Seam's like a pretty boring life eh?? Keeps me happy!
