Chris Wilson's Foreign Power in Ontario

This section shows motive power operating on the CPR & CNR that are of another railroad. I have several photographs and only choose a few of them. There are more available on my railpictures account.

In 2004 the CPR had lots of goodies running around: CSX, NS, CN, SP, UP, and so on. I happened to spend the entire year at MP 63, I never did go senile! I guess its just a coincidence, I live so close.

UP 7516 seen trailing on a nine unit lashup on CP 109 in Marathon

A UP SD9043AC 8047 trailing an eastbound CWR train at Marathon 

This all new set of power from both General Electric and GM was a treat, CP 9802, 9800, & ARR 4324 lead CP 105 at Marathon

UP 8517 is trailing on CP 102 through the siding

UP 4189 trails on CP 115 at MP 64!

This was the better lash-up, CP 9102 with UP 6587 on CP 324

SP 127 trailing an eastbound 274

ARR 4319 trailing on CP 115, MP 63 is only down the tracks a few hundred feet.

In 2005-2007 I purchased a new camera, and caught all of this with it.

CN Q148 rolls through Hamilton

CN 5319 + CSXT 7548 with a transfer from the Niagara Region to Mac Yard

This was a interesting lash-up on CN M39291

GCFX 6067, BNSF 6316, NS 9296 pull into Brantford with CN M398 to work.
