Train Q-112 arrived next with Ex-Con #7316, which is former Conrail #6084, heading East on Track #2.
At 2:19pm, Frontier Yard Local Train FY-14 passed by the station with a Freshly Painted Ex-Con GP38-2. CSX #2764 was once Conrail #8175 and is seen here heading back to Frontier Yard on Track #4.
Next up is this Westbound Manifest with Ex-Con #5953, former Conrail #5065, a B40-8, seen on Track #1 at 2:25pm.
And now for some Amtrak action: Seen here is Train #63, the "Maple Leaf" arriving in Depew STILL with an F40 for power as witnessed by Unit #207. The train is arriving on time at 2:52pm on Track #2.
Train Q-390 heads East with 4 units. Leading today's train is SD40-2 #8474 on Track #1 at 3:06pm.
Amtrak Train #64, the late New York City bound "Maple Leaf" sports 2 F40's for power today, leading the pack is #413, a former Go-Transit F40 that Amtrak purchased a few years back. The train which was held up at Customs on this day, is seen at the station at 3:12pm on Track #2.
Seen stopped for a crew change is Train Q-116 with SD40-2 #8210 leading on Track #2 at 3:45pm.
At 4:32pm this Eastbound TV Train arrived with C40-8W #7774 leading on Track #2.
At 4:40pm, Ex-Con #7491, former Conrail #6033 arrived with this TV-Train on Track #1 passing under the CP-431 Signal Bridge just to the East of the station. This signal bridge is within a Normal 50mm camera lens view if you stand on the Easternmost point of the platform at the station.
And finally for today, was this Eastbound Manifest with AC6000CW #632 leading on Track #2 at 5:23pm. For the day, 20 trains, not too bad, CSX is definitely showing its presence in this area with the increased traffic. Until next time, happy railfanning...
