Lewisburg East and Caldwell

The view on the left is of Lewisburg East, where the Old Main Line and current mainline leave the yard limits and pass through twin tunnels. The yard lead is in the background and disappears behind the mainline's White Rock Tunnel. The photo on the right is of Caldwell, WV, where eastbound trains emerge after passing through White Rock Tunnel on the mainline and another tunnel on the Old Main Line. A loadout here ships raw coal to a prep plant further east on the Potts Creek Branch.
