I want to provide railfans and modelers with as many quality photographs
of CSX locomotives as possible. I also want photos of each unit in as many different paint
schemes as possible.
What CSX locomotives am I looking for? Basically, for my purposes here,
I'd like to post a photo of every CSX locomotive wearing a CSX number from 1987 to the
present. Everything from a handful of GP7s and GP9s that were renumbered
into the CSX roster, right thru today's high powered AC units.
My Plan:
This site has been established using photos from my personal collection.
While my collection provided a good starting point, to make this site grow, I'd like
to tap into the collections of railfans and modelers everywhere to fill
in the missing units. Photos can be e-mailed here
and posted to this site with credit given to the contributor.

My Priorities:
I've loved trains all my life and collected photos since I took my first
Chessie System photo in 1980, but CSX and trains still take a back seat behind
my family and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. A life long hobby takes a
