I do not advocate trespassing on railroad property to take photographs. All of my photos taken on railroad property are by permission. Railroads are in business to serve customers, not railfans. If they deny permission to take photos we must respect their decision.

I reserve the right not to use any photo that is blatently in violation of safety rules. No photo is worth risking our health and safety or the health and safety of those around us.

If you see a danger or potential danger to someone or something related to the railroad, report it! Our hobby could use some good public relations in the railroad's eyes.
