This would have to be the king of all wigwags! What you are looking at is a
double Western Railroad Supply Co. wigwag with a US&S "teardrop" bell.
It is located somewhere in the town of Roseburg, IN. (Exact location unknown)
The rail line that it is on is the Central Railroad of Indianapolis, formerly NKP.

Update  -  10/17/05:

Looks like this wigwag is being retired. Mark Vogel sends us this photo
of the signal  being dismantled:

Roseburg is about halfway between Marion and Swayzee. It is on the old
Nickel Plate Road that runs to Kokomo, IN.

Note:
Both of these wigwags have
been retired as of early 2003.

Sullivan, Indiana is 25 miles south of Terre Haute along U.S.highway 41.
Two wigwags have been located there by Ralph Bell. Both are on
the Indiana Railroad, former Illinois Central line.

This signal is located on Court St. This is a Western Railroad Supply wigwag, with original style cantilever. It looks like the bell has been replaced in recent years.

A block away you'll find this one on Main St. Basically the same type of signal as found on Court St., with the exception of a longer cantilever.
