This is part of the campus of Texas Tech University. It's mostly dedicated to the history of ranching in west Texas. But, they have a
Santa Fe cattle train on the premises, set up in front of the relocated Ropes (Tx) SF depot, with an ex-CB&Q engine painted as a
Ft Worth and Denver engine. This is an upper quadrant Magnetic Signal Co. wigwag with an uncommon base.
Also note the Union Switch and signal Style T-2 semaphore to the left. Most likely of ATSF heritage.
