Not much is known about this display. It is a sign made up of some wigwag parts, on display at the entrance to the skate board park.
What we have here is a signal mast, complete banner and part of a cantelever. No motor box.
Not sure where this came from or who put it together, but I suspect this may be what's left of the wigwag
that was on display (with an ATSF caboose) at the Tulare Visitor's Center near Prosperity Ave until 2008.
Perhaps it was heavily damaged during the move? Or did the welcome center wigwag go to to Rio Vista
with the caboose?
