OK, not exactly a wigwag, but close enough for most of us. 
The old Griswold signals are at least as rare as wigwags these days. 

Pictured here is a surprisingly complete example of a Griswold "Rotating Banner" signal, caught in action last month by Stan Praiswater. What really makes these two signals rare is the fact that they both retain their stop signs. Most existing Griswolds have had their stop signs removed for ease of maintenance. The one in the photo above still has its original crossbuck. The crossing above is located on the old Bayshore Highway in San Jose. This is the UPRR Warm Springs sub.
