Paint Schemes in short.
MP Steam - Black with graphite smoke boxes and fireboxes, aluminum/silver lettering.
MP Diesels - Early switchers black with aluminum/silver lettering.
MP Diesels - Blue and gray with yellow separation stripes. Black underframes.
MP Diesels - Jenks Blue overall with white side stripes, chevrons, lettering and on the hand rails.
MP Cabooses - Early were Box car brown with black underframes, endrailings and white lettering.
MP Cabooses - Box car brown over all with white lettering.
MP Cabooses - Vermillion red overall with reflective/white lettering, side stripe and hand grabs.
MP Structures
KOG, MV, OCAA Cabooses and Diesels - Bright Red and Black with a White separation stripe and hand rails. They had a placard attached that gave the names of owning railroads in this 3 road system.
KOG - Diesels the MP schemes with TP herald and KOG sublettering before going straight MP.
KOG - Cabooses the MP schemes with TP herald and KOG sublettering before going straight MP.
TP - Diesels where Swamp Hollow Orange and Black. Some of the GP9s got a hybred scheme of this using the early MP Blue and Gray.

TP - Cabooses were Box Car Red with White graphics and the TP Diamond Herald.

Here are some formula for mixing the various MoPac colors. Floquil put out some color charts at one time and these mixes were listed.

(0-8-0) LifeLike 9600 class USRA - "One of the main additions is you need to add a front end throttle in front of the smoke stack if doing the 9602 as P2K numbered the model. Linkage ran through the sand dome. It would make the factory lettered model look more like the prototype. There's lots of photos around of MoP 0-8-0's and they were USRA copies. One thing to watch is the height of the coal bunker sides as some tenders were higher than others. Some too had a brakeman's doghouse on the tender deck. Charlie Duckworth"
