  • During 1939-1940, these Pre-WWII cars were rebuilt with composite wood & steel sides.
  • The rebuild included Murphy roofs and pressed steel roofs and 2 piece Murphy ends.
  • 36000-36099 had Duryea cushioned underframes.
  • 36100-36199 had conventional steel underframes.
