A picture & history of this motor appears in Canadian Rail No. 408 Jan.-Feb. 1989 p. 16. No mention is made of it ever being on the NS&T. Canadian Rail No. 461 also has a picture of this motor and mentions that it was in use on the NS&T between 1912 and 1931.

Snow Sweeper
Ottawa 1926wood body, ex Ottawa Transportation Comm. B-1 in 1959.
Following its retirement, B-1 was to be displayed at the R.H. Saunders Power Dam in the west end of Cornwall. However, the car was found to be in such poor condition that the plan did not materialize.
In 1972 the car was moved to the Canadian Museum of Science & Technology (now the Canada Science & Technology Museum), Ottawa, ON, where at last report it remains in indoor storage.
