Sweeper 23 was originally built by McGuire in 1913 for the Toronto Suburban Railway. Acquired by the NS&T in 1924, this 16-ton sweeper is 27' long and sits high on a pedestal type truck. This was the last paint scheme applied to 23. Final disposition is unknown.
