The above is from the book "le Ferrovie Coloniali Italiane" the caption said it was a derailment on the line.  Somehow, I don't see that adding much information.

This is a builder's photo of the R443 locomotive identified as IV 42.

The locomotive plate (also from Renato's book)  is for another locomotive of the class illustrated above.
