1988 Siemens/Duwag U2-AC #3001-3002

2 U2 LRV's, powered by AC traction motors instead of DC traction motors, where tested in Edmonton and Calgary, using the numbers 3001 and 3002. Tested in Edmonton first, they went to Calgary, and were later puchased for use on the Calgary system. They are now number 2101 and 2102 after being renumbered from 3001 and 3002.
